About Your Reservation

  • Check out time is 11:00am
  • Check in time is 2:00pm
  • One days rent is required when booking a room, this charge binds your reservation for the entire stay
  • Full amount for entire stay is required at check in and rental agreement must be signed before being given keys to the unit.
  • The deposit of $100 is refundable with a 7 business day notice prior to check in day ( Subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee)
  • Credit card on file is required for all incidentals

We Reserve The Right To Terminate The Lease Agreement If you Do Not Follow These Rules

No smoking indoor smoking cigarettes (Subject to a $350.00 fee and immediate termination of the lease agreement)

No frying fish inside the units. (fish fry station available on the deck, Subject to a $350.00 fee and immediate termination of the lease agreement)

No Swimming at any time from property

No loud music or noise after 9:00pm

We Offer The Following Extras

Units will be clean prior to arrival but daily cleaning is only available with a $60.00 charge per cleaning

Laundry room, washer dryer is available as a courtesy if you chose to do your own linins.

Clean towels are available upon request if you turn in your dirty ones

Matlacha Cove Inn will never sell, trade, or give your information to another person or company. We will send transactional and promotional emails to your provided email address.
